The J Noosa is a community, arts and entertainment hub. With versatile spaces that set the scene for exciting and vibrant performances, programs and events, as well as corporate and private functions.

In the heart of Noosa, The J features an auditorium with seating for up to 338 people, the upper mezzanine level offers an additional 64 seats. The auditorium is  equipped with high quality sound and lighting equipment, as well as a full-size cinema screen.

The venue also boasts a Community Art Gallery, meeting and workshop spaces, and commercial catering facilities. The J is a community events hub and all spaces are available to hire with our dedicated events team on hand to help you plan your event.

All spaces flow effortlessly, complemented by covered outdoor decks and stylish open foyers to welcome in the stunning Sunshine Coast climate so you are never stuck in a stuffy event space.

The J is also home to Noosa Community Radio. Additionally, The J offers school holiday performances and regular live entertainment.

Since opening in October 2006, The J has hosted some of the Sunshine Coast’s most exciting events such as TEDx Noosa, Noosa Alive!, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and performances from Australian and International artists, comedians and theatre productions.
