A magical time and a magical place. What was Noosa like for surfers in the 1960s – 90s? What influence did these early surfers have on the Noosa of today?

Noosa Libraries have been recording interviews with some of the surfers and board makers who represent this era. Experience an unforgettable and interesting evening as they come together to share those memories with the wider community of surfers and non-surfers alike.

Join guest moderator, Lee McGowan, as he examines these eras in conversation with Garth Madill, Stuart Campbell, Paul Bevear, Phil Jarratt and David ‘Harpo’ Hutchison.

Bar opens at 4pm, panel conversation from around 5pm with light refreshments on the deck afterwards.
